Correct dismantling, assembly, and alignment protect rotating equipment from avoidable shaft, coupling, seal, and bearing damage. Synergy Global supports planned maintenance, equipment replacement, and outage work at customer sites and in the workshop.
Controlled dismantling
Before work starts, equipment orientation, coupling position, clearances, connections, and accessible baseline readings are recorded. Components are identified and handled in sequence to preserve traceability and reduce the risk of installation errors.
Assembly and dimensional checks
Mating surfaces, fits, fasteners, bearings, seals, and coupling components are inspected before assembly. Required clearances and tightening practices are applied in accordance with the available equipment information and approved work scope.
Precision alignment
Laser or dial-based alignment is performed as appropriate for the machine train. Soft foot, offset, angularity, pipe strain, and coupling condition are considered before final readings are recorded and the equipment is released for operation.
Service Highlights
