Stator & Rotor Bar Supply

Stator & Rotor Bar Supply

Synergy Global supports the supply and manufacture coordination of stator coils, rotor bars, and related conductive components for industrial motors and generators. Each enquiry is reviewed against machine data, dimensions, materials, and operating duty before production.

Data capture and engineering review

Existing coils, winding records, drawings, slot dimensions, conductor details, connections, and insulation requirements are reviewed to establish the manufacturing specification. Where information is incomplete, additional measurement or inspection may be required.

Coil and rotor-bar requirements

Formed coils, conductor arrangements, rotor bars, and associated components are specified for the required geometry, material, insulation build, and connection method. Manufacturing tolerances and inspection points are agreed for the scope.

Inspection and integration support

Available dimensional and material documentation is reviewed before delivery. Supply can be coordinated with stator rewinding, rotor repair, installation, brazing, balancing, electrical testing, and final assembly services.

Service Highlights

  • Review of drawings, samples, winding data, and slot dimensions
  • Stator coil and rotor-bar supply to agreed geometry and materials
  • Defined manufacturing tolerances and inspection requirements
  • Optional installation, rotor repair, balancing, and electrical testing
FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What data is needed to manufacture replacement stator coils?

Typical requirements include coil dimensions, pitch, turns, conductor size and arrangement, insulation build, connection details, slot dimensions, voltage, thermal class, and an approved sample or drawing.

Can you reproduce coils when drawings are unavailable?

It may be possible to reverse-engineer an intact sample and record the existing winding. Feasibility depends on sample condition, access, machine data, and the level of verification required.

Do you supply rotor bars as individual components?

Yes, rotor bars and associated conductive components can be reviewed for supply against confirmed material, profile, dimensions, quantity, and joining requirements.

Can installation and testing be included?

Yes. The scope can include coil installation, rotor-bar work, brazing, insulation processing, balancing, electrical testing, mechanical checks, and final assembly where required.
